4. Product Materials (Vegan Leather)

We prioritize transparency in our material sourcing. All Eve and Samuel products are crafted from premium vegan leather (synthetic materials) and contain no animal hides. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our product descriptions and photography, we do not warrant that monitor displays will perfectly reflect physical colors. Your sole remedy for a product that does not meet your expectations is defined in our Refund Policy.

5. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your email address or mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from Eve and Samuel LLC.

You represent that you own all rights to any content you submit.

7. Referral Programs

We may, from time to time, offer referral or loyalty programs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these programs at any time without notice. Any abuse of referral systems, including the creation of multiple accounts to gain rewards, will result in immediate termination of your account and cancellation of any earned credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eve and Samuel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

 

Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Eve and Samuel LLC agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the website or products shall be settled by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, rather than in court. Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
