Usage & Balance
Gift cards can be used across multiple orders. If the full balance isn't used in one transaction, the remainder is saved for future use until the balance reaches zero. You can view your remaining balance directly at checkout after entering your code.
Payments & Promotions
If an order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid using any standard payment method. Gift cards are fully compatible with site-wide discounts and promotional codes during redemption. However, discount codes cannot be applied to the initial purchase of a gift card.
Support & Returns
For orders paid via gift card, any returns will be credited back to the original gift card balance for future use. If you lose your gift card code, contact our support team, and we will resend it to the original email address used for purchase.

- Ships Same Day: Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM EST are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. - Free Shipping and Returns: Valid for all orders within the Contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
- 45-Day Returns: We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the ship date. Items must be unused with original tags attached.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes.
